*Summer of 2023, Javier Luis became part of the Artist roster for Noel Vargas' VMP Records.  This new venture has taken Javier on a different path recording a new and modern Salsa sound which is evident in his latest VMP recording titled "Refugio".  Beautifully written and arranged by Noel Vargas, Javier sets the tone and delivered an interpretation for "Refugio" with all the passion that the song calls for.
